Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our trading platform and services

What is Trading?

Trading is the practice of buying and selling financial instruments like currencies, stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies with the goal of making a profit. Traders analyze market trends and make decisions based on technical and fundamental analysis to identify profitable opportunities.

What's The Difference Between Trading And Investing?

Trading involves short-term buying and selling of financial assets to profit from price fluctuations, often within days or hours. Investing, on the other hand, is a long-term strategy where you buy assets and hold them for extended periods, expecting growth over time. Traders are more active and engage frequently, while investors take a more passive approach.

What Markets Can I Trade in?

Our platform offers trading across multiple markets including Forex (currencies), Stocks, Indices, Commodities (gold, oil, etc.), Metals, Cryptocurrencies, and more. You'll have access to 290+ CFDs (Contracts for Difference) giving you diverse trading opportunities across different asset classes.

What Do I Need to Start Trading?

To start trading, you need: 1) A registered account on our platform, 2) An initial deposit (minimum varies by account type), 3) Access to a computer or mobile device with internet connection, 4) Basic knowledge of market analysis or willingness to learn, and 5) An MT5 trading terminal. We provide educational resources to help you get started.

What Are Pips in Forex Trading?

A Pip (Percentage in Point) is the smallest unit of price movement in forex trading. For most currency pairs, 1 pip = 0.0001. For example, if EUR/USD moves from 1.1050 to 1.1051, that's a 1 pip movement. Pips are used to calculate profit and loss in forex trades and determine spreads charged by brokers.

What is Leverage and How Does It Work?

Leverage allows you to control larger positions with a smaller deposit. Our platform offers leverage up to 500:1, meaning with $100 you can control $50,000 in trades. While leverage amplifies potential profits, it also increases risk. A 1% move in the market can result in larger gains or losses, so risk management is crucial when using leverage.

What Are Account Types Available?

We offer three main account types: Standard Plan (ideal for beginners), Elite Plan (popular choice with premium features), and Pro Plan (for experienced traders). Each account type offers different spreads, leverage options, and minimum deposit requirements. Choose the one that best matches your trading experience and capital.

Is Trading Risky?

Yes, trading involves risk. Market prices fluctuate due to various factors, and losing trades are part of the trading experience. To manage risk, use stop-loss orders, never risk more than you can afford to lose, diversify your portfolio, and continuously educate yourself. Our platform provides educational resources and risk management tools to help you trade responsibly.
